Classroom Management
Friday August 7, 2026 10:30am - 11:10am CDT
A well-managed classroom doesn't happen by chance. It begins with purpose, relationships, and consistent routines. In this session, we will share stories behind what inspired us to become teachers in the first place and how our passion continues to shape the culture of our classrooms over the years. We have worked on the same team for two years now and share a lot of the same values in our classrooms. We will explore why the first few days and weeks of school are so critical, and how your intentionality in implementing routines and structure can truly set the tone for the entire year, while creating a classroom where students know what to expect and feel empowered to learn and succeed. Our goal is to collaborate with all teachers and discuss how to build a calm, engaging, and thriving learning environment for students.
